Recently, our company’s independently developed “Mobile Winding Machine for Oxygen Absorbers” was successfully granted a national utility model patent. This innovation specifically addresses industry pain points such as uneven tension during the winding of oxygen absorber film materials and frequent wrinkling in finished products, comprehensively improving the appearance quality of finished oxygen absorbers and enhancing the continuous production capacity of the production line.

Utility model patent certificate for Tianhua mobile winding machine for oxygen absorbers

It is difficult to maintain consistent tension during the winding of flexible oxygen absorber film. Traditional equipment often results in one side of the roll being too tight while the other is too loose, leading to wrinkles on the surface of the finished product and uneven ends. This not only significantly increases the defect rate but also hinders subsequent bagging and packaging processes, limiting the efficiency of large-scale mass production. This patented equipment optimizes the mobile adjustment and constant-tension winding mechanisms, enabling real-time adaptation to changes in roll diameter and ensuring uniform tension on the film throughout the process, thereby eliminating wrinkles and loose rolls at the source.

According to production line tests, this winding equipment has significantly improved the flatness of the produced rolls and markedly reduced product scrap rates. The equipment is compatible with high-speed automated production lines, eliminating the need for frequent shutdowns for manual adjustments and effectively extending continuous production time. Currently, this patented device has been fully integrated into our company’s automated oxygen absorber production lines, reliably supporting the mass production of food- and pharmaceutical-grade oxygen absorbers.

Moving forward, our company will continue to focus on the research and development of intelligent equipment for freshness-preservation materials, continuously optimizing production equipment across all processes. By upgrading our manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, we will supply our customers with oxygen absorbers that feature uniform appearance and consistent performance.
