Recently, the oxygen absorber bag sealing device independently developed by our company was officially granted a national utility model patent. It specifically addresses key industry safety challenges—such as loose seals and powder leakage in oxygen absorber packaging—and comprehensively enhances safety standards for oxygen absorbers used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Oxygen absorber bags contain powdered raw materials. Traditional sealing equipment features a simple heat-sealing structure, which is prone to issues such as weak seals and cracks along the edges. Powder leakage not only contaminates food and pharmaceuticals but also leads to operational risks such as customer complaints and product recalls, making it a key challenge requiring strict control in the fresh-keeping packaging industry. This patented device optimizes the sealing compression and heat-sealing structure, strengthening the seal integrity along the bag edges to ensure uniform and tight sealing, thereby significantly reducing the defect rate caused by powder leakage at the production stage.
Following validation through mass production in the workshop, the device consistently produces finished products with stable sealing integrity, effectively mitigating the risk of powder leakage. It is compatible with the bulk packaging of all specifications of medical-grade and food-grade oxygen absorbers. Currently, the equipment has been fully integrated into automated packaging production lines, delivering oxygen absorber products with zero powder leakage and high safety standards to our customers.
Moving forward, our company will continue to focus on advancing packaging equipment technology, ensuring product quality through reliable process control, and providing safe and compliant preservation and sealing solutions for customers across various industries.
