Standardizing Evaluation Criteria for Pharmaceutical Packaging Materials to Resolve the Issue of Confusing Industry Standards! Our company has taken the lead in developing multiple group standards for pharmaceutical oxygen absorbers.
Previously, the pharmaceutical oxygen absorber industry lacked uniform standards; specifications varied among manufacturers, resulting in significant differences in product quality. This led to high costs for pharmaceutical companies in selecting and validating devices, as well as potential safety hazards in drug storage. Our company took the lead in developing two group standards for pharmaceutical oxygen absorbers—T/CNPPA 3002—2017 and T/CNPPA 2003—2018—and simultaneously participated in the drafting of the Guidelines for the Classification and Application of Pharmaceutical Desiccants (T/CNPPA 3003—2018).
This series of standards unifies the key performance characteristics, production controls, and testing specifications for pharmaceutical oxygen absorbers, filling gaps in industry regulations, reducing procurement and quality inspection costs for pharmaceutical companies, and ensuring the stability of drug storage from the source. The implementation of these standards is based on our company’s years of practical data on pharmaceutical preservation materials, establishing clear quality benchmarks for the industry and promoting the standardization and high-quality development of pharmaceutical sealing and packaging.
Moving forward, our company will continue to participate in the development of industry standards, leveraging our technical expertise in standardization to provide pharmaceutical clients with compliant and reliable pharmaceutical oxygen absorber products.
