Recently, our company’s independently developed sealing device for sheet-style packaging bags was granted a national utility model patent. This innovation directly addresses production pain points in the bag-making process for deoxidizers and oxygen absorbers—such as cumbersome positioning and limiting mechanisms, time-consuming equipment debugging, and difficulties in maintaining continuous high-speed operation on production lines—effectively improving the efficiency of continuous operations during the bag-making stage.

In the production of packaging bags for freshness-preserving materials, traditional sealing equipment features complex positioning and limiting structures. Each specification change requires repeated manual calibration, and frequent shutdowns for adjustments disrupt the assembly line’s rhythm, directly reducing overall production capacity. The patented device features an innovative design with multiple sets of movable limiting plates and an embedded sliding groove structure, combined with infrared thermopile sensor positioning. This significantly simplifies bag fixation and specification changeover operations while substantially reducing the difficulty of equipment calibration.

Actual production line data shows that this sealing device eliminates the need for frequent shutdowns for calibration, significantly extending continuous production time on the assembly line. It supports the processing of multiple sizes of oxygen absorber and deoxidizer packaging bags, ensuring precise and stable sealing alignment while reducing sealing defects caused by manual adjustments. Currently, this patented equipment has been fully deployed across our automated bag-making production lines, reliably supporting the bulk packaging of food- and pharmaceutical-grade freshness preservatives.

Moving forward, our company will continue to advance the iterative upgrades of supporting production equipment, optimizing equipment performance across the entire process—from bag making to slitting and winding—to ensure stable product delivery through automated process upgrades and provide customers with higher-quality oxygen-absorbing and oxygen-removing freshness-preserving products.
